The Eagle T10CF semi-automatic case former is adjustable to accept a range of case sizes. It folds the bottom flaps of the case and will hold the case in location for filling. The case former can be attached ahead of case sealers to make a work cell for a single operator. Accepts the following case sizes: 6" to 26" length, 5" to 18.5" width, and 5.5" to 20" height.

The Highlight Magnum 2300 BFF is an adjustable semi-automatic case bottom flap former with integrated bottom sealer. The design utilizes a precision T-Table (t-table forms minor flaps and folding rods fold the major flaps), djustable folding assembly, and reliable side belt drives to provide accurate, consistent case forming and 2" wide tape application to the bottom of uniform cases. The machine features dual side belt drives that easily adjust to handle cases from 6" to 20" wide, 3" to unlimited tall (with flaps open), and 6" to 24" length. This machine also comes with locking casters and adjustable height legs for a 23" to 32" pass height.

The Magnum CFPS-700 is an adjustable semi-automatic carton forming machine and packing station. When an operator places an open, unfolded carton into the machine, all four bottom flaps are automatically folded in proper sequence and the carton is securely held in place for packing. The operator then fills and discharges the packed carton, with a foot switch, forward from the machine to any carton sealer for taping. The machine is easily adjustable for different case widths by turning the crank handle and the length setting can be changed by sliding a rear stop into position and securing it with a locking handle. The flap folding operation is performed pneumatically and no electrical power is required.
