VpCI-369 is an oil additive and/or temporary coating. The protective film is self-healing and moisture-displacing, providing superior protection against aggressive environments. It is also excellent when used as an oil additive for mothballing, shipping or storage of parts and equipment. Typical applications for this product are wire rope, electrical connections/wiring, sheltered coating, gear protectant/lubricant, stamping oil additive, drawing oil additive, cylinders and working/moving parts. Metals protected are silver, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, magnesium, aluminum and carbon steel. Product can be applied by spray, brush, roll or dip and should be applied in a well-ventilated area. For cleanup of tools and overspray, use alkaline cleaners or mineral spirits.
