Starview's SP series skin packaging machines incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/off heaters, which come up to heat during cycles and turn off for loading/unloading. The machines have a PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. Ethernet connection to PLC and HMI allows remote access by customer from PC, Laptop, smartphones and tablet devices to HMI screens and PLC functions, and by Starview for program changes, diagnosis or updates when internet connected. The machines come with a manual in-feed table, out-feed table, and impulse type hot wire film cut-off. The sturdy, welded steel construction has removeable panels for servicing.
