Desiccare's PillowPak  line consists of a wide variety of sizes, configurations, and substrates. PillowPak can be used to absorb moisture vapor, odor or gas. Custom blends are available and can be used as a multifunction, two in one package. Example: 50/50 blend silica gel and carbon for moisture and odor absorption.

Silica Gel is a form of silica manufactured from sodium silicate and sulfuric acid.  Silica Gel is non-hazardous and is capable of adsorbing 40% of its weight in water vapor at 100% humidity. Silica Gel has a porous molecular structure that closely resembles a sponge, and has the highest capacity of any commercial desiccant for moisture adsorption. Used in a wide variety of applications such as:  Pharmaceutical, electronics, diagnostic kits, foods, clothing, powders, vitamins, consumer products, parts etc. FDA Approved Tyvek Bags, packaged in 1 gallon pails and/or 10 gallon drums.
