OUTRIGGER LOAD WHEELS FOR UNILIFT, LOAD POSITION W/FORKS UP

To be used for "fine tuning" load placement and loading/offloading from Bishamon EZ Loader (or other platforms that the deployable outriggers will straddle). The Unilift must be in transport mode (outriggers retracted) for normal transport of loads.
