The Revolver automatic stretch wrap bundling system has an adjustable film tension for maximum film performance and will band or spiral wrap. Square product capacities are 4 to12" wide and 4 to 12" high. Rectangle product capacity maximum is 20" wide x 7" high and lengths are 8" and greater. The machine accepts cling or non-cling films, has an Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC, a control function touch screen, a V belt ring drive and a lathe turned main ring for smooth high speed rotation. The ring/film is completely guarded from the operator and has a hinged ring/film access door with electric interlock switch for system shut-down when open.
