Midwest Pacific hand operated, table top, impulse sealer with built-in cutter is ideal for use with tubing. The user can make a bag of any length by inserting item into the open end of the tubing roll, seal the end, seal the tubing above the product and slide the cutter once. The cutter cuts 1/4" above the seal, separating the formed bag from the tubing, leaving the tubing open for insertion of the next product.
