Eco film is certified 100% biodegradable and compostable per ASTM D 6400 and EN 13432. Eco film does not contain any polyethylene, starch, mineral fillers or metallic additives. Eco film does not disintegrate or weaken when exposed to variable temperatures or water. It is engineered to have strength properties exceeding non-degradable polyethylene, including puncture resistance more than triple that of low density polyethylene. The high strength allows a range of applications and will remain effective until the film is placed in contact with material containing microorganisms such as certain types of waste, soil and compost.
