The manual drum carrier/rotator is an efficient and economical way to handle 55 gallon steel drums. The sturdy handle provides leverage for heavy lifting and easily locks the drum in position 5" to 11" off floor. Drum rotates 360 degrees but the drum must be full to rotate at rated capacity. It rolls smoothly on two 8" front wheels and one 4" rear swivel caster.
